Thio-tag Technology
We also have bulk products available! Introducing mononuclear zinc complex molecules that capture thiol compounds.
Thio-tag is a mononuclear zinc complex molecule developed at Hiroshima University Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Department of Pharmaceutical Molecular Functional Chemistry, designed to capture thiol compounds. "Thio-tag Chloride" can protect SH-containing compounds such as cysteine thiol groups under physiological pH, room temperature, and air atmosphere, and can be used as a selective stabilizer for analysis. It can be easily dissociated under acidic conditions at pH 3 or through EDTA treatment. Additionally, we also offer "Thio-tag Tip," which allows for the separation and purification of thiol compounds at physiological pH. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Thiol Stabilization Buffer: Thio-tag Chloride ■ Thiol Affinity Chromatography: Thio-tag Tip *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
